  3. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from Modvimo. By accessing or using our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

    • Modvimo is an online fashion store specializing in premium aesthetic and streetwear clothing.
    • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Modvimo.
    • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.

    5. 2. Products & Pricing

    • All product images are for illustrative purposes. Slight variations in color and design may occur.
    • Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice.
    • We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors before shipping.

    6. 3. Ordering & Payment

    • By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate.
    • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), online bank transfer, and other available payment methods.
    • All orders are confirmed only after payment verification (except COD).
    • We may cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity.

    7. 4. Shipping & Delivery

    • We deliver across all over Pakistan.
    • Delivery time is usually 5 to 10 business days (may vary by location).
    • Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number (where available).
    • Shipping charges may apply and will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

    8. 5. Returns, Refunds & Exchange

    • Returns are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged, or wrong item delivered.
    • Customer must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.
    • Product must be unused, in original condition with tags attached.
    • Custom printed products (personalized designs) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
    • Refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after inspection.

    9. 6. Custom Orders

    • Custom printed products are made according to customer specifications.
    • Once the design is approved and printed, no changes or cancellations are allowed.
    • We are not responsible for spelling mistakes provided by the customer.

    10. 7. Intellectual Property

    • All designs, logos, and content on Modvimo are the property of Modvimo.
    • Customers may not use, copy, or reproduce any content without written permission.

    11. 8. Limitation of Liability

    • Modvimo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
    • Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the product ordered.

    12. 9. Governing Law

    • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan.
    • Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Karachi courts.
